Description
Spacefaring civilization in the Delta Quadrant.  The Numiri were at war with the Baneans, even though the two peoples shared a common ancestry.  In 2371, Humiri operatives framed Voyager officer Thomas Paris in the murder of Banean weapons designer Tolen Ren, an elaborate scheme to use Paris' memory engrams to carry stolen Banean information to the Numiri homeworld (Ex Post Facto -VGR).
