Description
Technologically sophisticated humanoid civilization from the Delta Quadrant.  In 2374 the B'omar government was willing to permit passage of the Federation starship U.S.S. Voyager through B'omar space, but imposed such severe limitations on the agreement that Voyager personnel elected to travel around the region instead (The Raven -VGR).
