Description
Humanoid species from the planet Brekka.  The Brekkians had only one industry, that of producing the narcotic felicium, which the Brekkians traded with their neighbors, the Ornarans, in exchange for all the Brekkians' needs.  Brekkians possess the natural ability to generate electrical discharges with their bodies  (Symbiosis -TNG).
