ACTDNoteworthy:
- Apparently they suffered greatly in the Federation/Cardassian war, so they actually be members of the Federation. 
- No problem with being a player race, since no special physical / powers are described.

Description
Inhabitants of Camor V.  Camorites are physiologically different enough from humans to be easily distinguished via sensor readings from space (Bloodlines -TNG).

Camor V. Class-M planet.  The inhabitants of Camor V suffered greatly during the Cardassian war in the 2350s.  In 2358, Miranda Vigo and her son, Jason, went to live on Camor V because Miranada wanted to help care for Camor's war orphans (Bloodlines -TNG).
