Description
Delta Quadrant civilization of technologically sophisticated, imperialistic humanoids.  The Etanian Order invaded other worlds by first creating what appeared to be a natural disaster such as an asteroid bombardment.  Once the population had evacuated their homeworld, the Etanians would arrive in number and stake a claim.  Goth was Etanian (Rise -VGR).
