Description
Kohl settlement.  Planned community of technologically sophisticated humanoids on a planet in the Delta Quadrant.  The settlement was a major trade stop in the area, with a population numbering around four-hundred thousand.  In 2353, a major solar flare occurred in the system, radically changing weather patterns on the planet, resulting in a glacial freeze.  Five of the settlers managed to survive by enclosing themselves in an underground virtual reality controlled by the Kohl hibernation system, which was set to revive them in 2368 (The Thaw -VGR).
