Description
Government of a humanoid civilization on a planet in the Delta Quadrant.  The Mokra Order was technologically advanced, but viewed outsiders and dissidents alike with extreme distrust.  By 2372, the Mokra Order was opposed by the Alsaurian resistance movement (Resistance -VGR).
