Description
Humanoid civilization native to the Delta Quadrant.  In 2373, the Nechani invited the crew of the Voyager to take shore leave on their planet.  While visiting the Nechani homeworld, Kes was inadvertently sent into a comalike state when she ventured into a shrine of the Nechisti Order (Sacred Ground -VGR).
