Description
Civilization in the Delta Quadrant, enemies of the Krenim Imperium.  In an alternate timeline, the Rilnar were the first people to be eliminated from history by Annorax through use of the Krenim temporal weapon ship.  In using the weapon, Annorax failed to consider possible side effects of such destruction.  With the Rilnar no longer existing, Annorax's own people lost a critical genome and some 50 millions Krenm fell victim to a previously benign disease (Year of Hell, part 2 -VGR).
