Description
Sikaris.  Class-M planet in the Delta Quadrant.  Home to a technologically advanced humanoid civilization.  The Sikarians were a remarkably pleasure-oriented society, and they were known for their incredible hospitality.  The Sikarians possessed an extraordinary trajector technology that permitted instantaneous transport across great distances.  While the Sikarian reputation for generousity was well deserved, the Sikarian canon of laws prohibited the transfer of their technology to other cultures (Prime Factors -VGR).
