Description
Borg designation for a technologically sophisticated humanoid civilization from the Delta Quadrant.  They were gifted linguists, with some individuals knowling several thousand languages.  Centuries ago, the Borg first tried to assimilate Species 116, but they outwitted  and eluded them until 2374, when the Borg assimilated all but about 20,000 individuals.  Arturis was a member of Species 116 who had escaped assimilation (Hope and Fear -VGR).
