Description
Borg designation for a technologically sophisticated civilization possessing advanced medical science.  The Borg assimilated Species 149, obtaining from them a technique that allowed reactiviation of 'dead' Borg drones by using modified Borg nanoprobes (Mortal Coil -VGR).
