Description
A highly territorial civilization native to the Delta Quadrant.  The Swarm employed neuroelectric weapons and thousands of small ships in swarmlike formations.  They used sensor nets employing interlaced tachyon beams to monitor their borders.  The universal translator aboard the Voyager had great difficulty in translating the language used by the Swarm (The Swarm -VGR).
