Description
A humanoid species characterized by a distinctive hairless enlargement of the coronal area of the skull.  Talarian society was patriarchal and encouraged warriorlike behaviour.  Talarians followed a rigid set of traditions and customs (Suddenly Human -TNG).  Former Cardassian agentGarak pointed out a Talarian as an example of someone who didn't rush through his meal (Improbable Cause -DS9).  Talarians sometimes have bad reactions to raktajino, causing them to become unruly (A Simple Investigation -DS9).
