Description
Civilization.
Commander Chakotay participated in the Federation's first contact with the
Tarkannans while on his first starship assignment. Males and females of
the Tarkannan race use different styles of movement. Chakotay's gesture
for 'hello' was misinterpreted by the Tarkannans as a proposition to their
ambassador (Innocence -VGR).
