Description
Humanoid civilization.  The Tarlac were conquered early in the 24th century by the Son'a.  By the late 24th century, the Tarlac were integrated into Son'a society as a labor class.  Tarlac women were indentured as servants on Son'a spacecraft (Star Trek: Insurrection).
