Description
Delta Quadrant civilization.  The crew of the U.S.S. Voyager made long-range communications contact with Vostigye scientists in 2373.  Unfortunately, a scheduled rendezvous with a Vostigye science space station failed to happen because the station was destroyed by an astral eddy just prior to stardate 50836.2 (Real Life -VGR).
